This month, we announced April's RAB.com Superuser, Nichole Garceau, Broadway Media, Salt Lake City, Utah. We asked Nichole some questions about RAB and radio. Read as she shares some of her wisdom and RAB.com prowess: How many years have you been selling radio? I am brand new to radio! I just barely started at the end of October. What is your favorite RAB resource or tool and why? I am currently obsessed with the weekly Prospecting Reports and Instant Backgrounds. There are so many amazing tools available, and I absolutely love all the research and readily available stats on different prospects, clients, demos etc. It has been an invaluable resource for our sales teams. As an RAB superuser, what advice do you have for RAB members on how to navigate resources? Sign up for EVERYTHING! The single greatest resource for me is Radio Sales Today. I am looking at it weekly and clicking on those new tools, watching those videos and playing with all the updates as they are announced. Right now, I have been using the Sales Tools and Planning/Buying resources on a daily basis. Logging into Account Manager, we forget that there is an entirely different set of tools at our disposal on RAB.com. RST acts as a gentle nudge. Having RAB.com bookmarked on my homepage has been a guiding light.
